Ok, how did I miss this comment section? Not sure how to post my hot sauce photo of the day (told Maggie I was slow in these things ), but did post on twitter. Must say that's not a pic of my favorite hot sauce. It's my son's, who likes it as a topping for baked chicken. Couldn't name my favorite right now. We are really into hot food, particularly after the Indian food cooking course I took last year. So right now my favorite thing to heat up our food is the small fresh peppers you buy by the handful at Indian food stores. I buy a bunch, stick them in the freezer whole, and just pull some out when I need them. Even using them these days to make Mexican food. They're so much hotter than jalapenos, which were my usual for Mex.
